Heerlijke oranjewijn van wijnhuis Calmel & Joseph.
Gemaakt van een blend van Roussanne, Marsanne en Terret Gris welke 3 maanden op hun schillen zijn blijven macereren.
Met een mooie lichtoranje kleur wordt deze wijn gekenmerkt door de frisheid van zijn aroma's, met amandel en kweepeer gevolgd door meer minerale, vuursteenachtige tonen.
Lichte tannines in de mond, goed uitgebalanceerd en elegant, met weelderige kweepeer, en appels. Sleedoorn bessen in de afdronk. De algehele harmonie en balans kenmerken dit als een gastronomische wijn, bedoeld om gerechten te begeleiden.
Geen toegevoegd sulfiet.
Wijn/spijs: De wijn is door vergisting met de schillen best stevig en vraagt om maaltijden met vis, gebakken of gegrild, sushi met al z'n smaken kan ook goed, rijk vegetarische gerechten, Artisjok, kip& kalkoen, Oosterse gerechten, Spare ribs!

It is in this viticultural eldorado where all things are possible, from the grapevine to the bottle, that we create all our wines.
We have patiently forged strong relationships with our growers from practically all the region’s appellations.
Convinced of the extraordinary potential of these terroirs, we live this adventure to the full every day. We make, blend and age our wines with a fierce determination to show the extraordinary identity of this Mediterranean region.
