Inspired by the Red Walls of the fortress of Monemvasia and the traditional technique of “liassimo” - sun drying of the grapes used for the production of wines with great concentration and structure.
Limniona
Red variety, favored in our area, which ripens late, in the end of September. Vivid vine with relatively large grapes and highly resilient to our region’s dry and hot climate. It has adjusted beautifully and gives off remarkably interesting wines with elegant tannins.
Agiorgitiko
Elegant red variety which ripens in our area in mid-September. Moderately vivid vine that, by following the suitable/proper viticultural practices in our region’s hot and dry climate, produces wines of high phenolic content.
